Lynne Marie Photography is based in Teton Valley, Idaho. Lynne Marie captures unique images of landscapes, abandoned places, antique vehicles, birds (especially hummingbirds), and man’s best friend—pets. Lynne Marie has transitioned from special event photography and portraits of people to fine art photography prints that she has sold locally and now sells online. I designed Lynne’s first website, and I had the privilege of working with her again on her new website. She needed a website that would showcase her incredible photos and offer e-commerce options for interested customers.

Lynne Marie Photography’s website is, itself, a work of art. Its design is easy to navigate, and it beautifully showcases the stunning photography work of this client. All of the photos for this website are images Lynne Marie provided. I used natural earth tones to complement the subjects in her work—gifts of nature. I added a unique button shape, a quote from Ansel Adams, and some custom CSS to offset images and showcase key words with a unique font. Certain images are selected for the summary block on the homepage. Finally, I connected the online art store, Printique, to Lynne Marie’s website and configured the e-commerce option so that site visitors can easily purchase the fine art photography prints.
