Client Preparation

Please work through these onboarding materials. If you have any questions, just ask. Your preparation for the project and responsiveness during the actual design period will determine what we can accomplish.

1. First, you’ll need to click on a “lesson” below to create your login information. You’ll be asked to “Sign up.” You only have to do this once, but you’ll need to remember your login information because you’ll need to login each time you return to this onboarding work.

2. Please begin by completing the “Welcome and Must-Dos” lessons (dark green). Skip any lessons that don’t pertain to the work we’re doing together. For example, if we’re not connecting your social media accounts to your website, you would skip “Social Media Links.”

3. Once you’ve finished the relevant lessons in the “Welcome and Must-Dos,” section, move to the section for the design option you selected and complete the “lessons” for that section only. For example, if you booked a Launch Package, you would scroll down to the lighter green lessons and complete only those lessons. Then, you’re finished!
